  Update: After further talking with the owner/manager (not sure which), she did her part to help us out and make sure we were fully satisfied. Thank you for taking care of us. I am sure we will book with you again. Called at 5:23 to make our payment after getting off work and left a voicemail asking to please return the call first thing the next morning so payment could be made. My phone call was never returned. Called later to make payment only to be told it went to someone else. Customer service is lacking. Will not rebook with this company. We will continue to use Frio Country Resort instead.
